Getting started
Set up an Arc wallet and prepare your first Archery transaction.
Connect to Arc Testnet
- Add Arc Testnet to a compatible wallet using chain ID 5042002, RPC https://rpc.testnet.arc.io and gas symbol USDC.
- Switch to Arc Testnet and obtain test USDC from the Circle faucet.
- Open the contract address book and confirm the target network and contract before using a wallet integration.
- Reserve USDC for gas as well as the amount you intend to trade or deposit.
Five Testnet tokens
CRCL uses Circle’s ticker spelling, but this Testnet token represents no shares or equity rights. BTC and ETH are mock ERC-20s with no Bitcoin or Ether backing. Their symbols have no prefix; check the mock badge and contract address. The protocol faucet does not provide gas USDC.
USDC is the routing hub. ARCHERY, ETH, BTC and CRCL each pair with real USDC on both V2 and V3 — eight pool/gauge pairs using fixture ratios, not market valuations.

Make a first swap
- Select the deployed ARCHERY / USDC market and enter an amount with the token's correct decimals.
- Fetch a V2 Router or V3 Quoter quote. Review the minimum received, price impact and deadline.
- Approve only the required token amount to the selected Router. On Arc, the approval and the swap share one wallet confirmation.
- Sign the transaction, check that its receipt succeeded, and confirm the token movements in ArcScan.
Provide liquidity
A V2 deposit creates fungible LP tokens. A V3 deposit creates an NFT for a chosen price range. The fixture includes 8 pools pairing ARCHERY and mock CRCL, BTC and ETH against real USDC. A single-token V2 entry can use zapIn to swap, add liquidity and stake the resulting LP tokens.
Participate in governance
Lock ARCHERY to receive veArchery voting power. Review the lock duration or permanent-lock choice before signing, then use an eligible voting window to direct weight to pool gauges. Staking, voting and claiming are separate actions with separate eligibility checks. Testnet genesis and emission records are listed separately from Mainnet in Tokenomics and Security and contracts.
